Sometimes, when you work from home, paying attention to your fitness and fitness goals tends to take a backseat; especially when you have to juggle business, home life and family schedules. Rick Kaselj, a practicing kinesiologist and personal trainer shares some simple and easy tips for home based entrepreneurs so they can incorporate fitness into their daily life. Rick also provides tips on setting up your desk properly for better posture (and to lessen neck and back strain). I also shared several resources and tips I found online. Twitter Talk is back too. This show is packed, full of a variety resources — links to everything mentioned in the show are listed below. Hopefully this episode will inspire you to get up and get moving during the course of your busy day!
