Megan Barber, a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, shares her knowledge about Real Estate Virtual Assisting. In this episode we speak about why she chose this niche for her business, some of the certifications and training she has. Megan answers the question: Is certification and training needed for this specialized niche?  She also shares with me her insight on the virtual assistant industry. She provides some truly valuable advice about starting your virtual assistant business and how it is just that, a business, not a hobby or simply a job.

In Episode 21 (listen here), I launched a new segment called “What’s on Your Mind?” which is where I pose a question to you the listener. Your job is then to come here and post your answer. You can simply post your answer by commenting on this blog, or if you are feeling creative, record your response as an audio or video and then post the link right here on the blog!

To make things more interesting, I have decided to make this a contest too! This time around one lucky will win a copy of  the  book:
Real Estate Rainmaker: Guide to Online Marketing

So, Episode 21’s What’s on Your Mind Question is this:

What is the one rule or policy you created that you stick to at all times?

The contest is now closed. The winner is: Lily Chambers of The Virtual Office Goddess. Congratulations Lily!
