So, with this in mind, I decided to dive into this topic just a little bit more. This time with the help of  Nickey Hollenbach, owner of Personal Touch Concierge Service, LLCi, owner of a multi-virtual assistant practice. Nickey shares her business story and tells how she went from being a single operated virtual assistant business to a team based business. Nickey provides an often unseen glimpse as to what it takes to run a multi-va practice. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
